FAQ's

What software/file format do you support?

Quark Express - Include all supporting fonts and images. Please ensure that images are in CMYK and at a resolution of 300 dpi.

Adobe Illustrator - Illustrator files must be saved as an EPS. Please ensure that images are in embeded and fonts are converted to outlines.

Adobe Photoshop - Photoshop files must be flatten and save as a TIF. Please ensure that images are in CMYK and at a resolution of 300 dpi.

CorelDRAW- CorelDRAW files must be saved as CDR. Please ensure that images are in embeded and fonts are converted to curves.

PDF Format - Fonts must be embeded. PDF files must be "distilled" from a postscript file.

Fonts - All fonts must be supplied or converted to outlines in file.

What is bleed?
A bleed is an extension of your background color or image going beyond the intended trim size of your piece. Press-ready files must include a bleed of 0.125".

When can I expect my order?
We offer quick turnaround time and can usually print out your project within 48 hours. Please contact us for a more details.

I would like to bundle my printouts in 100's.
We will be more than happy to bundle your items in 100s for shipping purposes. Please contact us for more information.
